What are the opening hours for the exhibition?

We are open from 10.00 a.m. to 06.00 p.m. with the last ticket entry at 05.00 p.m. The exhibition is closed on 27 April (Kingsday = National Holiday).

How much do the tickets cost?

The cost of tickets depends on when you want to visit and the kind of ticket you choose. Standard adult tickets (Monday to Friday: 10.00 – 12.00 a.m.) are € 18.00 for online sales excluding service fees. Entry for children under six is free of charge.

What does a VIP ticket include?

You receive entrance to the exhibition and you get to enter exclusively a VIP ONLY exhibit room with extra and unique artefacts like guitars and wardrobe of Prince. You will be able to hold an acoustic guitar of Prince. There will be an exclusive photo opportunity for you. A My Name Is Prince-souvenir picture book, size B4 (limited edition) of 54 pages will be handed to you.

How do I book tickets?

You can book tickets by visiting the main box office at Beurs van Berlage, by visiting Ticketmaster online, or by phoning Ticketmaster at 0900-3001250 (also for group bookings).

What does timed entry mean?

It means that you will need to arrive at the exhibition entrance within the 30-minute period shown on your ticket. Timed entry doesn’t limit the length of time you can spend at the exhibition; you can spend as long as you wish, however we cannot guarantee entry if you miss your designated time-slot so please arrive in plenty of time.

What if I missed the timeslot as mentioned on my ticket?

In that case we try to let you in later that day, if possible (depends on capacity).

Can I walk up and purchase a ticket?

Yes, you are able to purchase tickets on the same day, however we highly recommend pre-booking as we cannot guarantee we will have availability.

Do you offer a return ticket?

We do not offer a return ticket for this exhibition.

Can I purchase a gift ticket?

At this time we do not offer a gift ticket. But of course you can buy tickets and pack it as a gift.

Is strobe lighting used within the exhibition?

Yes, strobe lighting effects is used in some parts of the exhibition.

Disabled visitors

Our exhibition space is accessible to the disabled. There are lifts.

Can I pre book parking?

No, the venue it selves has no parking space available. But you can park nearby in several garages.

How long should I expect to spend at the exhibition?

We would expect that most visitors will spend up to 90 minutes at the exhibition.

Can take photos or video of the exhibition?

When visiting the exhibition photography or recording video is not permitted.
